NETBALL RULES UPDATES
Regional Workshop
Following the updated version of the Netball Rules by IFNA, we are now in a position to communicate these rules to the South Region.
A workshop will be delivered by tutors from England Netball for all members who wish to attend. It is however crucial that the following people attend or send a representative on their behalf;
· County Umpiring Secretaries
· Umpires who officiate in the Regional Leagues
· Clubs that play in the Open Regional League
It is also highly recommended that coaches and players also attend the workshop so they gain a clear understanding of the new rulings and realise how they will impact on their games. Please note however, the new rules must not be played to until September 2008.
Date of Workshop:- Sunday 22nd June
Time:- 9:45am arrival for a prompt 10am start – 12:30pm
Venue:- Aldershot - Full details and maps will be sent out upon registration
Cost:- Free – New rules books will be available at a cost of £4.50 each (normally £5) although must be ordered with registration for the course.
